What are the Conference dates?
Monday May 16th to Thursday May 19th, 2011.
Who will be the Guest speakers for the conference?
Bill Vasilakis, Barry Silverback, Barry Chant, Vicky Gilchrist, Ian Miller, Bruce Sharman and Mike Groom will be the guest speakers.
What time do the conference sessions start?
All program times including sessions will be printed on the back of your name tag. First session begins each day, Tues-Thurs at 9.00am. Evening Rallies Monday-Thursday begin at 7.30pm.
Are the night sessions open to the public?
Yes.
What time will the venue be open for registration and can I register when I get there?
Registration will begin at 12pm on Monday May 16th at the Christian Family Centre, 185 Frederick Rd, Seaton, Adelaide. If you have already registered don't forget to bring your conference pass found on the bottom of your confirmation letter. Present this at registration and you will receive a holder and your conference pack.
What about billeting arrangements, transport to and from the airport and from my billet's home?
You will need to let us know with your registration details whether you need billeting arrangements made for you as well as transport to and from the airport with arrival and departure times for your flights to allow for us to arrange this for you. There will be only a limited number of billets available. We will ask your billet if they can transport you to and from the venue each day should you need this arranged.
Can we book a room for team meetings during breaks?
There are some private rooms available at the venue, please enquire by ringing 08 8356 6999.
Is there a creche available for children?
A mothers and babies room will be available during all sessions. Nursing mothers can attend sessions with their babies. If the baby becomes restless then the mother can retreat to the Nursing room if necessary. Kids will have a fun-filled daytime program and also activities for the evening rallies. There is no cost for kids, although lunches can be purchased.
Are meals included in our registration?
The following meals are included: Morning Tea (Tues, Weds, Thurs), Lunch (Tues, Weds, Thurs), Evening meal (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs). Parents will need to purchase children's meals (not included in children's registration). If you are not a delegate but wish to attend one of the evening meals, you need to contact us prior to the event and we will provide you with a meal voucher.
Will there be resources that I can purchase?
Yes there will be a variety of resources available. Booths and stands will be set up for the purchase of resources.
